At Badia Design Inc, we specialize in blending traditional Moroccan craftsmanship with timeless design, and our Wide Cone Shaped Raffia Lantern is a perfect example. This lantern features a broad conical profile, tapering from a narrow top to a wide, flared base. The surface is woven in a herringbone pattern, giving it a dynamic, zigzag texture that enhances its sculptural form.

We handcraft each lantern using natural raffia fibers, selected for their durability, texture, and warm straw-like tone. The bottom edge is finished with loose, frayed raffia strands, adding movement and a rustic finish that contrasts beautifully with the structured weave above. A black metal chain connects to a raffia-wrapped loop at the top, making installation simple and secure.
